These terms are the agreement between you and Clarity when you use clarityonlove.com. By using Clarity, you agree to them.

Who can use Clarity

You need to be 18 or older.

What Clarity is, and what it isn't

Clarity is an AI that helps you think through what's happening in your relationship. It isn't a therapist, counsellor, doctor or lawyer, and what it says isn't professional advice. AI can get things wrong, so use your own judgement about what you do.

If you're in danger, or thinking about hurting yourself or someone else, contact your local emergency services straight away. Clarity can't help in an emergency.

Your account

Keep your password private, since you're responsible for what happens in your account. Each account is for one person.

Using Clarity fairly

Don't use Clarity to break the law, to harm or harass anyone, or to try to break or overload the service. Don't use bots or scripts to send messages or collect replies.

Your conversations

What you write belongs to you. You let us use it only to run Clarity for you, and that includes sending it to our AI provider so Clarity can reply. The Privacy Policy has the details.

Free and Pro

The free plan comes with a set number of replies each week and each month. Pro gives you more replies each month and costs the price shown on the upgrade page, billed every month on the day you started it, until you cancel.

If you use all your Pro replies before your month ends, you can renew early on the upgrade page. That charges the full price that day and starts a new month from it, with your next payment a month later.

Payments go through Paystack. At checkout and on your bank alert, the payment shows as MirrorLog.

Cancelling

You can cancel Pro anytime on the upgrade page. Pro stays on until the end of the month you've paid for, and you won't be charged again. We don't refund part of a month. If you think you were charged by mistake, email us and we'll sort it out.

Ending your account

You can delete your account anytime in Settings. We can suspend or close an account that breaks these terms.

Changes

We may change Clarity or these terms. If the terms change, we'll update the date at the top of this page, and using Clarity after that means you accept them.

Our responsibility

Clarity is provided as it is. As far as the law allows, we aren't responsible for decisions you make based on what Clarity says, or for losses when the service is unavailable.
